For those who see existence as overlapping states of
consciousness with varying densities of Spirit and light,
the astral plane is plane one immediately above the physical.
Many surreal dreams that we remember upon waking
took place on the astral plane while we were out of our body.
It can be a place of illusion where things quickly change.
