Canto 2. Moon (March 2017)
(fourth incarnation)

In the original poem, Dante divides the heavens into spheres
corresponding to all the celestial bodies as perceived at that time.
The first or closest heavenly sphere corresponds to the moon.
A question is raised about the darker regions of the moon,
so Beatrice explains how the divine essence that flows from God
filters down through the spheres where it is channeled through angels.
